Privacy information

Constance Additional Accounts is a private Google account connector operated by Ian Tseng.

Information accessed

With each account's permission, the assistant can access Gmail messages, attachments and drafts; Google Drive files and Google Docs; and Calendar information and events. The account owner chooses which tasks the assistant performs.

How information is used

Information is used to answer the owner's requests and prepare or perform authorized email, document, file and calendar tasks. Relevant information may be sent to the AI service configured by the owner to process a request. Data and credentials may be stored in the owner's private assistant deployment, hosted on DigitalOcean, and in connected services according to their settings.

Sharing and storage

The operator does not sell Google account data or use it for advertising. Public app-information pages do not expose connected account data. Workspace files, assistant conversation history and operational logs may retain information used during tasks; no fixed automatic deletion period is claimed. The operator controls retention and deletion in the assistant deployment.

Google user data

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Control and contact

The account owner can revoke access through Google Account security settings. Revoking access stops future access but does not automatically erase information already stored. Contact the operator at ian@theglistening.com to request disconnection or deletion from the private deployment.
